No-Shows/Cancellations/Fees

• A 2.6% charge will be added to all electronic/ card payments. Paying in cash will avoid this fee.

• Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service and an additional 20% gratuity.

• Any no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service and an additional 20% gratuity fee.

• Late arrivals must not exceed 15 minutes past the appointment time, or will be treated as a cancellation and your card on file will be charged 50% of the service and 20% gratuity.

• All cancellation/ no-show fees will be charged to the card on file.

• Eyelash extension appointments may have to be shortened for late arrivals to accommodate for any appointments after.

• Gratuity is accepted and appreciated greatly!

• Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, and Apple Pay are not accepted.

Guests

• No children are permitted in the treatment room.

• No additional guests are permitted in the treatment room and must remain in the waiting area.

Refunds

• There are no refunds for any service. If you have excessive shedding within 3 days of the appointment, reach out to me immediately. Anything after the 3 days will be charged as a regular fill price.

Lash Fills

• If there is 40% or less of lashes remaining it will be considered a fill and you will be charged as a regular fill price. Contact me two days before your appointment if you are unsure.

• Any lash fill taking place after 2 weeks will be charged a fee daily until the next fill. Classic- $3/day | Hybrid $5/day | Volume $7/day

• Outside fills must schedule a consultation before booking a fill with me.
